Delete your AutoDirectMy account
For the AutoDirectMy apps (Android and iPhone) and the website — one account, one deletion.
Three ways to delete it
In the app
Open AutoDirectMy, go to your account, tap the settings (gear) icon, then delete your account. You confirm once and it's done straight away.

Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it
Tell us the email address or phone number on the account. We'll contact you on it to confirm it's yours, then delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone number and profile photo
- Saved addresses, your cars and your own car records
- Cart, wishlist, notifications and saved preferences
- Every way of signing in — password, Google, passkeys and devices — and you are signed out everywhere, on the website and in the apps
What we must keep, and for how long
Malaysian tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of orders, invoices, payments, workshop job cards, warranty records and credit history. They are kept only for that, for warranty and for disputes, seen only by our admins and never used for marketing — and disposed of by 31 December 2033 at the latest. Reviews you wrote stay up without your name unless you ask us to remove them too.
